    The inviting dining area is ideal for shared family meals, while the relaxing bathtub offers a soothing end to a day of sightseeing.

    This thoughtfully decorated apartment combines charm and functionality, offering comfort and convenience for families or groups of up to 6 people.

    Living & Sleeping Spaces:
    The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a double and single bed ideal for parents with kids or larger families. Soft lighting, cozy linens, and ample storage ensure a peaceful night’s sleep for everyone.

    Kitchen & Dining:
    The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. A large round dining table offers a welcoming space for breakfast, lunch, or dinner together as a family.

    Bathroom:
    A spacious bathroom with a full-sized bathtub provides a relaxing way to unwind – especially convenient for families with young children.

    Ideal position of this apartment makes every corner of the city reachable via tram lines 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 13 stopping right at your door!

    The apartment will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir verbrachten ein schönes Wochenende in Graz in einer gut geschnittenen und zentral gelegenen Wohnung. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, einige Möbel wiesen allerdings schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr in den Schränken wären erfreulich gewesen.Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, was Geschirr und Töpfe anging, einige Sachen, die bisher in anderen Ferienwohnungen selbstverständlich waren fehlten: so z.B Spülbürste, Geschirrhandtücher, Schneidebretter, einige Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine oder ein oder zwei Müllbeutel. Auch Gewürze oder ähnliches, was in vielen gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen zu finden ist, fanden wir nicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig, auf Nachfragen oder Anfragen zu einer möglichen späteren Abreise kamen zwar schnelle, aber meistens sinnlose Antworten...

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, alle wichtigen Orte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Möbel und Betten sind von guter Qualität. Das gilt auch für das Geschirr und Besteck, die Pfannen sind etwas weniger gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie befindet sich unter einem schrägen Dach, was im Sommer heiß ist, aber überall gab es Ventilatoren und die Fenster konnten geöffnet werden. Dadurch war es morgens wieder kühl. Für eine Familie, die Hitze nicht gut verträgt, war es gut zu ertragen.Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nur, wenn man oft genug den Stecker zog. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Nachdem ich drei Tage lang mit dem Arbio-Team in Berlin telefoniert hatte und nur sinnlose Antworten oder glatte Lügen zu hören bekam, wurde ich sehr wütend. Erst dann kontaktierten sie den Chef des Reinigungsteams. Er löste die Probleme sofort selbst mit Hilfe seines eigenen privaten Routers, wodurch er selbst kein Fernsehen mehr schauen konnte. Hut ab! Es ist skandalös, dass das Team, das die Gebäude verwaltet, keinen Finger rührt, um Probleme zu lösen.
