"We had a Kings Land one bedroom/2queens room, and it was a wonderful room. The bathroom does not have any sound proofing, and unnecessarily had a pocket door as a second door (into the bedroom), which is a great way to share bathroom sounds. I recommend this room only for siblings, long time married folks and those with little kids if staying as a family — those you are absolutely comfortable with. Service from every staff member encountered was A+++ top notch. Breakfast at the clubhouse bistro was just okay (many birds because it’s outdoors) We went elsewhere after that & loved all food we had in Waikoloa Village and Queens Marketplace. Shuttle was great, pools/hot tubs great, peace and relaxation was great. Everywhere & everything was clean. We can’t wait to go back."

"This is a beautiful home in a great location. Communication with the host was seamless. The home has everything you would expect from a high end property. It was of course spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is an ideal place to create priceless lifetime memories. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The outdoor shower is an especially nice touch. We plan on staying here again in the future. Thank you for opening your home to others to enjoy. "

"House was very well equipped (kitchen and linens especially good) and host communication was excellent. Location was outstanding. Beautiful home. There were however a few issues with bugs and the roof leaked inside a little bit when it rained. There also weren't good instructions for the tvs, keys, key fobs for the house/neighborhood/beach club. "
