"One of our children has asthma and doesn’t do well in areas with cigarette smoke. It’s so difficult to find such a place, especially in casino hotels. When someone recommended the Tuscany Tower at the Peppermill, we decided to try it. Although we were a bit skeptical because of past experiences with nonsmoking rooms that clearly smelled smoke, we were not disappointed. As soon as we walked into the room, however, we knew that we had found our home in Reno. (We go there every spring for our daughter’s volleyball tournament). The employees were very friendly and helpful too. Anything we asked for was delivered within minutes. "

"Room temperature control was terrible, room was cold and did not warm up. Coffee maker marginal. Best experience was dining at the Oyster Bar, excellent food and service."

"We fell in love with Little America Hotel!!! Right downtown, everything was within walking distance, and the city tram ran right past the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel....the view from our 9th floor was great....and the food was amazing. Loved sitting in the lobby by the huge fireplace and reading my book with a chai latte. We utilized the great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here each time we are in Salt Lake City!!"

"We booked a king bed room, which we did get however it was a handicap room with a messy shower that runs into the bathroom all over the floor. I understand the need for this but it wasn’t what I booked although that’s what the front desk said. My confirmation says otherwise. The bathroom floor was stained and had an odor coming from the drain. Glad it was only 1 night or I would have left. Staff was friendly but would not give us another room. "
