The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen with a full-size fridge, range, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes for 6. The large dining table also seats 6, making it perfect for meals with family or friends. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax with a large couch and a 55-inch smart TV.

🛏 Main Floor Bedroom:
- Two twin beds
- Closet, full-length mirror, and dressers

🛏 Upstairs Bedrooms (Converted Attic):
- Private bedroom with queen bed
- Adjacent loft space with desk and a double pull-out couch
- Both rooms have sloped ceilings, dressers, and a window AC unit for summer comfort
Note: The upstairs area is accessed via a steep and narrow staircase

Bathroom & Laundry:
The updated bathroom features a classic clawfoot tub and shower combo, along with a modern vanity. Off the kitchen, you'll find a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Outdoor & Parking:
Enjoy the fully fenced backyard. Private parking is available beside the red garage in the alley. Additional street parking is available in front of the home.
