Location was prime, minutes walk from the metro, shopping, and popular bagel spots. Staff and service was great and quick to assist. Cafe lobby: 10/10 iced lattes and smoothies. Would definitely stay again.

At checkin we arrived on time, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait, so they said we could wait by the pool. Only to go to the pool and see that it was overcrowded no space in the pool and no chairs available. Not worth it to pay extra for a hotel with a pool only to not be able to use it. Tried to use Room service to order food, was told to only can order through app which didn’t work at all or from the tv which also didn’t work. The room was clean, and water bottles were offered regularly, staff was friendly, they charged me for two rooms and I am still waiting on a refund for one room.
