Room was musty and could not get rid of the smell. Food in the lobby was out for two days without anyone cleaning it up. No ventilation in the shower. Did not mind that it was under construction. The price for the room was too high for the lack of amenities and poor quality.

What a scam outfit. First the front desk tried to charge me $20 for hotel parking when I used local across the street for $5. The $20 was charged to my MasterCard without my knowing. MasterCard credited me after fraud investigation. Second I was charged $286 for another hotel in Great Neck for the same night. The front desk gal was the only one to touch / use my card. MasterCard is again doing a fraud investigation.

If you need a clean comfortable place to stay with no frills then this hotel is perfect. It’s located in a quiet town with stores and a train station within walking distance. Continental breakfast consists of bagels, pancakes, muffins and pastries with fruit and cereal options. Plenty of food to get you started for the day.

Rooms did not have a microwave and fridge, and we had a infant baby with us needed for baby food. The rooms need to be renovated, did not have hotel standards. I thought I was staying in a motel. Bathroom had mold and sink water took forever to drain. Rooms did not have phones in them, which is a safety hazard
