Short ski to the SnowPine and Sunrise ski lifts at Holiday Valley & two miles from the center of Ellicottville. Walk or take hourly shuttle to the Holiday Valley main lodge. Access to mountain bike & hiking trails, and the golf course & pool/patio at Holiday Valley. Tennis/pickleball courts on property. Parking, wifi, cable TV & laundry included. Keyless self check-in.
The space
This newly updated condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a pull out couch to sleep 6 people comfortably. The living space includes a large smart TV above a gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen is equipped with new appliances, an assortment of cooking/baking basics, and complimentary coffee & tea. There is a full-size washer and dryer available right in the condo. The dining table is expandable to fit 6. Take in the mountain sunrise or soak in a beautiful sunset on the outdoor porch connected to the condo with sliding glass doors.

This condo has air conditioning for the hot summer days. From the front porch, enjoy a picturesque ten minute walk to the Holiday Valley main lodge. The warm-weather options at the main lodge include swimming in the pools and hot tubs, relaxing at the cabana bar, and eating lunch/dinner while listening to live music on the patio! You can also enjoy many of Holiday Valley's attractions including paddle boarding and kayaking at Spruce Lake, mountain biking, adventure ropes course, mountain coaster, and golf. In addition to Holiday Valley, there are a myriad of hiking trails throughout the mountain as well as several appetizing restaurants/bars in downtown Ellicottville.

In the winter, the newly installed gate on the condo porch allows you to ski in and out of the property directly from the patio! This condo has easy access to both the SnowPine and the Sunrise lifts at Holiday Valley and there are well lit trails that take you back to the development at night.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of Ellicottville in any season!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo & private ski locker. There are stairs leading down to the condo. Parking is free.
Other things to note
The SnowPine ski lift runs weather dependent from (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays to about 4:30pm). After 4:30 or when the SnowPine lift is not running, you will only be able to "ski in" to the condo.
