With 2 full bathrooms stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and hair dryers, everything you need is provided.

Unwind in the new hot tub or gather around the outdoor fireplace with Adirondack chairs. Your fur friends can enjoy the fenced-in yard, and the whole family can have fun with indoor and outdoor games.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Salamanca Casino, 10 minutes from Holiday Valley, 15 minutes from HoliMont, and 12 minutes from the charming town of Ellicottville, there’s so much to explore nearby.

Woodland Haven is great. It is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very accommodating and we had a great time. We loved the fire pit right out the front door.

Overall the property was clean - our kids feet were very dirty when walking around barefoot inside (but we asked for early check in so its possible the floors didnt get a super thorough cleaning because of that). The kitchen was big and beautiful- well-stocked! The beds were comfy and we loved that there were tvs in all of the rooms. The fire pit and hot tub were great! New grill worked great- just bring your own propane (the owner did let us know that in advance).The property is very close to Allegany State Park and Ellicottville. Our only complaint would be that the fuse kept blowing for the living room AC/ fridge/ hot tub/ light over table/ router.We would still highly recommend and have already talked about staying here again. Family friendly, big (inside and out) and great location.

Family holiday

We had a great time- Ryan responded to any questions we had. Short drive from the house to Holiday Valley for skiing. So nice to come back and relax in the hot tub, the house had everything we needed. Appreciative we could bring our dog with us. Enjoyed our 2 day stay over the New Years holiday.
