「The photos don’t really do this apartment justice , it’s enormous and the views are just WOW. Unfortunately we didn’t see any whales from the window . They didn’t want to make a show ! You could look out to see and watch the crashing waves for ages though . Beds were super comfy and huge . Car was parked in a single garage so safe . We made a fire as no heating in lounge and it was very cold . Our only negative was the lack of wifi which I reported when we arrived. Never got fixed so had to buy...

「A very comfortable and inviting penthouse. We enjoyed the week in Hermanus, and the perfect location of La Paradis provided for easy walking to many great restaurants and wine bars. The only downside is the building construction that is going on right next door, but if you don't mind being woken with construction noise at 7:30 this won't be a problem」

「This was by far the best days of my 3 weeks in the Cape. I wish I had booked to stay longer. The view was unbeatable. Across the street from the coastal pathway and walkable to groceries and many good restaurants although I spent many hours in the unit just contemplating. This is a definite stay for me next time.」

While the apartment was generally if a high standard, the toilets are located in the bedrooms and not in the lounge communal area. The sliding door to the toilet/shower room has a 1cm gap all around, offering no privacy for those in the toilet nor in the bedroom. A little awkward for everyone.」
