“The building is absolutely lovely. The rooms a really big. We were allowed to check in early. The hotel location is really central. Although close to the railway line. So could be a bit noisy. The breakfast was nice and set in a lovely setting. The hotel offered free drinks on a happy hour which was a lovely surprise ”

“I had booked the room through hotel.com and make remark higher floor requested, but My room arranged was in basement, there have no lift so u need to hand carry your own suit case walk to your room. They have airport delivery service but if u want to go out to airport train station to center for sight seeing then it takes around 20 minutes by walk. Other than that everything is fine and ok.”

“Hotel was very conveniently located, which was why we booked it. The hotel itself was very clean and neat. We booked triple room and sometimes they are a bit of a squash, but this wasn’t - it was very spacious. Very member of staff we interacted with was so pleasant and really went out of their way to be nice. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was excellent and very good value ans the breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. ”

“An amazing experience, we stayed in the Bank managers suite, complimentary prosecco on ice, roll top bath, emperors bed with egyptian cotton sheets, all of the little touches from the umbrella to the cash bags, breakfast in bed....amazing time. If you get chance, get this room. The staff are also first class, in particular Kelly, who is a credit to gotham, bright, helpful and engaging. Thank you. ”
