Magnifique 😍
We had a perfect stay in Avant garde suite. Perfect view and of caldera, a large suite with nice decoration and terrasse. The reception was very very kind and helpful and ready to give us the good suggestion for visiting. Very good Break fast with lots of choice , served at our balcony and near the jacuzzi gave us very good feeling of joy and satisfaction in this hotel 😇

Das Hotel war ruhig gelegen, aber unweit von den Restaurants und einem Minimarkt. Das Zimmer war bißchen unpraktisch ausgestattet, es fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auf der Terrasse gab es keinen Sonnenschutz. Das Frühstück war ok, mußte aber wegen des Windes im Speisesaal, statt auf der Terrasse serviert werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit.

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! Eve was fantastic and made our stay truly memorable with her suggestions and arrangements. The hotel is out of the main areas of Oia and Fira so if you’re looking for quiet room with great views this is your place.

Workers at this establishment were super friendly and would go above and beyond to accommodate my family. The daily breakfast was delicious! Only issue was the hot tub after an hour the jet wouldn’t turn back on.

The suites are in a quiet part of Santorini, 35 min away from busy Oía. The room I stayed had an amazing view to the sea and an outdoor hot tub. The room’s outdoor space also felt quite private in comparison to many other outdoor areas I saw in most parts of Santorini so I was very pleased about it. Friendly staff and breakfast in the room was provided every morning. These suites are an excellent option in this price range.

L hôtel avant garde est moyen pour le prix excessif notre chambre la verte je ne recommande pas a coter de la réception et du parking Clim de la chambre ne fonctionne pas les gens passe devant notre terrasse et le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas alors que j ai loué pour cela entre autre piscine de l hôtel exposée au nord sans être chauffée n’y celle de la salle de sport le personnel ne fais aucun effort pour parler un peu français le petit déjeuner est pas ouf croissants congelés je ne recommande pas il y a beaucoup mieux à coter .

Regarding your room, we regret to know that you did not enjoy it that much. We wish you have told us earlier during your stay. In that case, we would have known if there was an issue, in order to take immediate action and checked for alternatives. As far as the water is concerned, due to the fact that the islands are in the middle of the sea, all residents use desalinated water, which is tougher than normal water. Wherever on the island, you would have stayed the water shall be the same. Once a guest arrives at Santorini, they come across the magnificence of nature and its abundance. The wind is an integral part of the island, a few days might be windy, and some other days are not. For that reason, our property offers an outdoor pool as well as an indoor one for our guests to enjoy during windy days. We appreciate your opinion regarding the decoration and we would be glad to know your suggestions on how that can be improved. Furthermore, in regards to the location, Avant Garde-Suites is located in a unique area, attending Caldera, for lovers of quietness and privacy contrary to all the properties located in the center one on top of the other. Last but not least all reviews are taken into consideration for improvement on our services and we wish to have the opportunity to welcome you again as our guests to regain your trust and provide you with the most suitable accommodation. A magical place. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The view on caldeira and the swimming pool are amazing, a true paradise. The room is comfortable. The restaurant and the breakfast are VERY good. And mostly, the staff are the most adorable people in the world! Thank you SO much for your hospitality and your incrédible kindness. Thank you for making this stay even more memorable. Hôtel excentré rapport prestations - situation / prix non justifié. Hôtel sans âme. Lieu extrêmement venteux, impossible de « vivre » l’hôtel ni le bar et sa piscine (pas début septembre en tous cas). Pas de personnel, pas d’ambiance, ni musique. La réception ferme à 22h, il correspond plus à celle d’appart - hotel qu’a un véritable hôtel. Seul échange avec le personnel la fameuse fiche de petit dej à remplir la veille chaque soir (eh oui même si ça ne change pas ... ). Et on est rappelé à l’ordre si pas fait avant 21h. Les abords de la piscine ont besoin de rénovation. Attention à la dernière chambre tout au bout la terrasse. Le vent y souffle encore plus fort avec le mur qui accentue le phénomène ! Son unique point fort est la vue sur la Caldeira.

The view from our terrace was spectacular! The caldera is an incredible sight to see. The 2 infinity pools were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate that the hotel did not have a restaurant on site. The snack bar was limited and pricey. We ordered breakfast 2 out of 3 mornings anf both times we were missing things from the order. Despite this it was noce to have it delivered to our terrace at the desired time. Overall it was not bad though.

The hot tub was kind of cold and you could not adjust the temperature. I tried to dry some of my clothes outside on a pole, but when I left for the day I came back and the pole was gone and my clothes were on the ground. Staff was unfriendly.
