This villa was better than we expected. It was clean and well tended. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets absolutely stunning. Very quiet and secluded, but still an easy walk into Oia. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location & rental

We really enjoyed our stay and felt that the accommodation was a very good value. And also, we must thank you for our good communication and directions, prior to our holiday. We had a wonderful stay at the villa 2 swinging sunset villa in Oia. site (beautiful sunsets), the location, quiet and easy to access and very good home of Marcos and his wife . Wonderful Villa & Staff

We loved our stay. It was in an exceptional, quiet location with beautiful sunsets. Close to town (10-15 minute walk) but away from the crowds. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. The villa was immaculately clean with every possible amenity. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and their priority was clearly to ensure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The villa can easily accommodate six with the three bedrooms on the lower floor but eight could be a challenge due to the location and height of the fourth bedroom (loft).

Great stay!

This was a wonderful property with a convenient location to Oia. The only thing that was slightly abothersome were the stairs. The bedrooms and kitchen are in what we would consider the basement and the stairs are steep and slippery. We had one of our party slip and fall. Luckily it was not too bad of an injury. This is still a great location, nonetheless, and the service was wonderful!

Wonderful!

The property was beautiful. Check in and transport was easy. The villa is 3 levels (most bedrooms and the bathroom are on a lower level, the main level has a small bathroom and then there is a small open loft with the last bedroom) Lots of space and wonderful outdoor spaces. The views were amazing and all the staff were great. The only negative I would give it is the floor on the outside and the main space is very slippery when wet (from the hot tub and pool) - I had my older parents with us and we had to be careful to lay a lot of towels to ensure no slipping. They do provide mats near the hot tub that help with this. Overall an outstanding villa and I would love go back!

Our Favorite Stay on our Greek Journey!

Everything about this place is amazing! This villa is in a resort; so food, drinks, massages, tours - everything can be delivered/ arranged. It was even nicer than the pictures. We had our own plunge pool and hot tub, along with access to two other community pools. It’s in walking distance to a super market, souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the blue dome church. The walk is intense (up a steep 10min pedestrian walk way); so get a car if you have mobility issues. The resort coordinated a rental for us to be picked up and dropped off at the resort. We also had private transfers arranged. Around 5pm, you see crowds of people walking to stake out a spot to see the sunset nearby, while you have a front row seat at this resort with no crowds. The location is perfect. The staff here was amazing, especially Christopher! Wish we had more days in Santorini!!

Luxurious accommodation, brilliant views and fabulous location!

We were a family of 7 travelling from Australia throughout Europe for a month. Our stay at Sunset Villas was definitely the highlight of our trip. We stayed in Villa Diamond and found it very spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped and the daily service by staff was brilliant. All our needs were catered for including transfers, car rentals and recommendations for activities. Communication by the hosts was always quick and comprehensive. The resort facilities are very enjoyable, the pool was always sparkling and our spa was cleaned daily. The location of Sunset Villas is fabulous with a short 20 minute walk into the beautiful Oia town centre, 15 minute walk to the stunning Ammoudi Bay and a 10 minute walk to the mezze tavern Katharos where the food is absolutely fabulous. We also received brilliant support with the onward shipping of our mobile phone which we had left at a previous accommodation in England the week before - it didn't arrive in time however Sunset Villas went out of their way to ensure the phone was posted to us at home in Australia. All in all, a magnificent holiday at Sunset Villas!

Great week in Santorini

I was impressed with the place. We had 8 family members staying here and had a great time. The place was great, but don't try to fit more than 8 people for sure. They had a person come by who actually cleaned our dishes and made up our bed every day which was above and beyond what I'm used to with a VRBO. They also did a grocery run for us. They offered great advice on where to go, and would make reservation for us for dinner. Also beautiful sunset view from our front porch. My suggestions: I would recommend renting transportation if you are staying here and want to tour Oia and the island. Also there is a beach that is within walking distance. The little place to eat by the beach is awesome, and was our favorite dining in Santorini.

Fabulous!

Santorini was the "holiday" part of our trip to Europe and we couldn't have chosen a more relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The villas (we stayed in a smaller one the first night and DYO for 3)) are very spacious, well equipped, clean. Our kids (teenage boys) loved the pool and we enjoyed morning swims at Kathoros beach where we were often the only ones. The hot tub was a bonus too! Rebecca was incredibly helpful and available to book anything we wanted/needed (incl a sunset sailing trip on a yacht (max 12 ppl) which was well worth it). As per the description, the villas are situated outside of town about a 10 mi walk uphill to get to the center of Oia. We did not mind the walk (even did our grocery shopping in Oia by foot) and enjoyed being away from the crowds in Oia. if you are a runner, run early in the am (before 8) and through the town of Oia up to a small church with amazing views (it's on the footpath to Fira). You'll have the town pretty much to yourself!

HEAVENLY LOCATION -EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION

It was our first time in Santorini and we had the most amazing holiday! The standard was excellent and the villa was spotless, with cleaning twice a week. Well equipped with the essentials and supplies already in the fridge, as we had arranged, so we didn’t need to dash out to the supermarket. Also, air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. The location was great, with a fabulous ocean and sunset view. We really enjoyed the place, especially the outdoor hydro massage spa. Last but not least, the owner, Marcos, was extremely kind. He welcomed us with a basket of traditional Greek products. Throughout our stay, he couldn’t have done more. He advised us with all tips for the beautiful spots of the island and helped us to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Santorini. We would definitely return to stay here. Thank you for making our stay so special, great accommodation in the most beautiful place. See you again soon!

Fantastic villa, excellent view

The OIA SUNSET VILLAS are amazing, the location for us was perfect, just a short walk into Oia. We rented 4 spectaculars villas for a week, because we actually got married in Santorini and we have invited our families and some friends. Marcos, the owner, was always more than helpful leading up to the wedding. The place far exceeded our expectations and everything was amazing. If we went back to Santorini this is where we will stay.

A perfect place

The houses are perfect, the owner is a very nice person and helped us in many things. When we arrived, we saw immediately that all the fornitures are new, there are all the things that you need and also more. The swimming pool is perfect, the place is clean.
