It was right by the 3 blue domes. Amazing view. And had our own private place to take pictures. While everyone else was in line to take pictures. Mary and Mario’s were awesome. They were always there to help. Would highly recommend.

We did not want to leave… but we need to come back to our lives tasks. We are in love in this place; we are more than happy staying in this beautiful place.., the photos doesn’t describe the beauty of this unique paradise… my wife and I and celebrating our 25th anniversary and this was very memorable for us. thank you all the staff for everything; btw Marios very friendly and communicative.

Magnificent location though so good the area is crowded with Instagram photographers day & night. The breakfast was very ordinary: bought by the staff from a cafe nearby & almost cold on arrival. An iron & ironing board would be handy. A very crowded area of Oia with cruise day trippers as well.

Wonderful experience from the time our porter Marios met us at our car service. He took our luggage and showed around the crowds to our beautiful cave room. There was everything you needed and more. Wine and chocolate fresh baked cookies on arrival. Mary was continually answering all our questions and set up travel for all of our needs. The pictures we got from sitting on our front patio were the ones everyone else was attempting to obtain in long lines. Everything in Oia was walking distance, this location was amazing! Thank you to Mary and Marios for making our stay spectacular!

Absolutely love Oia Spirit!!
Literally everything about Oia Spirit is perfect. The views are SPECTACULAR , the location AMAZING. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. And after everything being literally perfect, the service was even better. Mary went out of her way to be sure we had an outstanding stay. She allowed us to check in early & check out late, stored our luggage at her home, arranged our taxis. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

Ms Mary is the best with her team. They go out of their way for everything. Don’t look no further you will love it and the location is excellent as for her flint stone (villa) we loved it it’s picture perfect and will be back soon.

Oia Spirit Boutique was the perfect spot for our honeymoon. The view was unbeatable, the room and hot tub were cozy, comfortable, and clean, the area was perfect, and the staff was always super helpful. They even accommodated us when we had to unexpectedly leave the island a day early due to an airline strike. We would recommend Oia Spirit Boutique without hesitation to anyone going to Santorini.

Nice and quiet .. We were there during the slow season so you could actually move around quite easily . Staff was top notch .. very attentive to your requests .. Your at the blue domes so people come there to take photos .. Very nice property

Of all the places worldwide I have stayed at Oia Spirit was the best. The cave house was unique and view was spectacular. You are right in front of the blue domes.

The property location is very convenient and the view is fantastic, nice sea view and just right behind the popular blue dorm. The only thing to improve is to keep the common pool water clean.

We really loved the uniqueness of the location and view. We were in the center of the caldera with views of the blue domes that people wait hours to take pictures. I was afraid we’d have lots of tourists right in front of our room but thankfully not they don’t pass the gates where Oia Spirit is. They were all so kind, helped facilitate travel from airport to hotel, then from hotel to port for the ferry. The breakfast was delicious. I think only downside is they don’t have like a reception desk to check in and if have questions. Although they are very quick and attentive but if your used to hotel service then that’s the only difference. But both my husband and I loved our time in Oia Spirit.

The best location right in the middle of iconic Oia. You'll be mesmerized the moment you step foot into Oia Spirit Boutique Residences, it's as you are living in a real life post card. Mary and Stamos were the best hosts, so warm and hospitable and served the most delicious breakfasts every morning that will keep you full until dinner. The room views and property views are incredible and one of the most impeccable, cleanest I've every stayed at, and I've travelled a lot and am very picky. Don't' walk, run to this paradise of a place in Oia right at the footsteps of the 3 famous churches.

Unbelievable. Best location. Best customer service. Mary and the team create a WhatsApp group and respond immediately and nothing a problem. The maid and porter are there on site and so friendly and helpful. Room looks onto the most photographed place in Oia. Special place.

Oia Spirit Boutique was the BEST place to stay in Santorini. Mary and her staff went over the rainbow in helping us WHENEVER we need help. Great location in Oia to do anything from shopping to eating to seeing the sunset.

The view to the blue domed churches is absolutely unbeatable at this location. If you are going to Santorini to see these structures, this is the best place to stay. We got some amazing pictures from the terraces of this property. Staff was very nice and a free breakfast is included. Very relaxing place overall.

The apartment was absolutely amazing! You are directly at the blue dome and sunsets and sunrises there are out of this world! Plus the public pool of the Hotel is so Good and the one you have for yourself too! Mary and everyone is so nice! I loved it! Das Apartment ist unglaublich schön! Direkt neben dem blauen Dom von Oia. Sonnenunter- und Aufgang an diesem Ort ist nicht Von dieser Welt :) Der „öffentliche“ Pool ist Super schön und der eigene auch sehr sehr gut! Mary und das gesamte Team sind so nett! Perfekt um Oia zu erkunden!

The hosts were amazing, always on hand to answer questions. We even had a complimentary breakfast delivered on Sunday morning. The porter was so helpful in bringing the bags up and down all the steps. Would definitely return!

Semiprivate Höhlenwohnung mit bester Aussicht
Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage mitten in Oia mit Blick auf die Caldera - den Sonnenuntergang kann man hier aber nicht sehen. Die Lage ist semiprivat (andere Gäste liegen gleich nebenan) und die Terrassen sind sehr klein, dafür gibt es neben dem Whirlpool einen kleinen Pool mit super Aussicht für alle Gäste. Grundsätzlich aber eine ruhige Location, obwohl man nur ein paar Meter von Influencern und Touristen weg ist. Leider war das W-LAN unbrauchbar, das TV hatte kein Signal und die Klimaanlage ein Leck, aus dem Wasser austrat, weswegen ein Handtuch ausgelegt wurde. Zusätzlich stand ein Entfeuchter in der Unterkunft (womöglich wegen dem Leck), der dauernd laufen und entleert werden musste. Rezeption gibt es keine, die Kommunikation läuft über Whatsapp. Gepäck wird zur Unterkunft getragen. Parken ist nicht möglich. Das Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Check-Out bei der Gastgeberin kostenlos deponieren, was superpraktisch war. Die Flaghafentransfers sind kostenpflichtig und können vom Hotel organisiert werden. Ansonsten war die Höhlenwohnung zwar klein, mit großem Badezimmer inklusive Regendusche und Mini-Kochnische, aber supersauber, sehr zentral gelegen mit einer extrem guten Aussicht.

Vi havde 4 overnatninger på dette skønne boutique hotel, som lå meget centralt i Oia, og med udsigt til the Blue Domes (så de helt perfekte billeder kan tages) 2 dage forinden vores ankomst, blev vi kontaktet af hotellet som spurgte om vores ankomst tid, vi blev mødt ved parkerings pladsen af Mary og 2 herre som hjalp os med at bære vores kufferter ned til værelserne. På grund af COVID-19 forgik al kontakt over whatsapp eller mail og der blev svaret med det samme. Vi fik fyldt køleskabet med morgenmad til de dage vi skulle være der, og ønskede vi noget mere eller andet skrev vi bare og så hentede de det. Mary arrangere også en Catamaran sejltur for os, efter efterspørgsel, en fantastisk og professionel tur og der var bare styr på det hele. Et sted jeg klart vil vende tilbage til Mary var så sød at lade os checke ud meget senere end kl 11 som er den normale udcheckning tid, da vores fly først skulle gå om eftermiddagen

Thank so much Mary & Paula for the wonderful & memorable stay at Oia spirit. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium elite with 128 nights last year, I do not do much a review but I have to this time. The location in Oia is one of the best !! Everything is just like in the pictures ! One the most important things that made this place different than others is Mary !! Stop looking !! and just book it !! You will thanks me later :)
