Kiki made us feel welcome right from the first day. We stayed with four students in the house for three months. It was the best decision for us. The house is very specious and located with amazing views. Definitely coming back!

We where two families staying eight days, eight persons in total, in the beginning of July. The house suited our needs perfect, it's actually much nicer than the pictures shows. The location is very good, if you are prepared to do some walking you can reach six different beaches by foot. We actually managed without a car, even though a car would be handy for shopping groceries - there is no major grocery store near by. The host Kiki was very helpful with everything, from ordering taxi and water to advising on hiking routs and other stuff. So both the house and Kiki get five stars from me.

Kiki ci ha accolto in maniera splendida con grande disponibilità durante tutto il soggiorno. La casa bella e spaziosa super accessoriata ed in ottima posizione vicino al mare. La consiglio.

Un accueil chaleureux malgré nos deux heures de retard, une maison plus que confortable avec ses trois salles de bain, un salon et une terrasse avec vue sur la mer, une très belle plage (Komito ) accessible à pied. L'île de Syros est surprenante, sa capitale Ermoupoli est unique et splendide, et ses plages de sable fin parfaites. Un grand merci à Kiki Sarzetaki pour ses conseils. Nous avons passé cinq belles journées à Syros.
