Hi Jakob, First of all, I'd like to thank you for the good comments about the hotel and the staff. As for the negative comments, before you left, when you mentioned the room temperature and the air condition, I explained to you that you put the wrong temperature on the air condition and that's why the room wasn't cool enough. In addition, you never mentioned any issues about the water pressure or the smell during your stay so that I could've helped to solve the issues and before you left you said that almost everything was okay except the room temperature that I mentioned earlier. So I think that because you didn't mention these issues during your stay or before leaving so that I would be informed and you decided to write these in the comments I think they are untrue.
