This is without question the best holiday we’ve ever had. The vineyards is in a perfect position just on the outskirts of the centre. It takes less than a 5 minute walk to be in the middle of town with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. I’m aware that there is a character limit so in terms of the suite itself I will just say it was perfect, it looks exactly like the photos. The outside area took our breath away. The pool is gorgeous and the little hammock in the shade was perfect to sit and read. It felt totally private and comfortable. The best part of the whole stay though was Matthew. He gives his whats app details and helped me before we had even left the airport! On arrival he was welcoming and gave us all the key information including recommendations of where to eat that night. We arranged to meet with him one morning to help us plan our stay. We talked through what we could do and he sorted everything for us and I mean everything. A hire car, boat trip, reservations at a local restaurant (including organising a car to take us there and back and organising the best place to sit to see the sunset). He is local so knows who to trust, what the best prices are and what is worth doing and not doing. This was the holiday of a lifetime. The suite would have been reason enough but Matthew made it perfect. Stay here, don’t hesitate for a second. We cannot wait to stay again. If you are reading this Matthew then thank you. You’re a hero!

Excellent location away from the main town busyness yet close enough to drive. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Matthew, he made our trip much more affordable and interesting with his advices & tips about car rental, the city, supermarket, restaurants through out the island. Loved the private pool and one of the best omelette I have tasted away from home. Would definitely recommend this location to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Matthew for going that extra step for us!!!

Best place we stayed at during our trip to Greece! Matthew was extremely kind and helpful during the entire stay. He provided us with a map full of the best places to visit and eat at during our stay which came in super handy. The villa was very clean, comfy, and welcoming. The private pool was amazing. They provided daily breakfast brought directly to the room where we could sit in the backyard and enjoy the views.

My husband and I took a week long vacation away from our big family, Mathew was great from the start. From our pick up at the airport to giving us a whole welcoming with lots of guidance to enjoy our trip. Breakfast every morning was great! Very clean and very kind! Our stay was amazing. We will definitely be returning to the Vineyard!

Property is modern, clean, and beautiful! We have a private pool with an ocean view. It is close to public transportation, there are mini markets and good restaurants nearby. The staff members are very nice and helpful! We had a great stay here and it’s highly recommended!

I was blown away by this stay! My husband and I booked vineyard for one night so that we could be in close proximity to horseback riding in Akotiri and Kayaking in the local area we had booked. Upon arrival, Matthew, the property manager/owner greeted us warmly, sat with us for almost a full hour to discuss our stay, not only at Vineyard, but for the next 4 days when we explored other parts of Santorini. He helped us book a boat ride around the island, arranged for taxis for us, gave us countless recommendations, as well as checked in on us via whatsapp throughout our stay in case we needed anything and to see if his recommendations went well. Customer service was great 10/10. He was basically our travel agency for the trip! Booking the stay at Vineyard was worth it just for our interaction with Matthew. Further, our room was beautiful, very cool considering the summer heat, and our made-to-order continental breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend staying here, especially considering it is close to so many wonderful activities on the island

My family had perfectly satisfied through Vineyard hotel. We were provided the best service and local information during our staying. Especially, Mr. Matthew, as manager of this hotel, is a great expert for this business field. During my staying, I had relaxing time at here with silent surrounding, and had great time with family with much talk and small dancing with them.

Had a wonderful time in the Hotel Vineyard. Suite was quiet, very pretty and safe. Host Matthew was super nice with us and helped us a lot. The room is nicely furnished and the view by the pool is incredible. It’s also located in a peaceful neighborhood and there’s a mini market across the street so it’s very convenient.

We had the best stay in Santorini for sure. Even though we checked in super late, around 9-10pm, Matt and his sister greeted us warmly and welcomed us with some great wine. Matt was incredibly helpful, attending to our requests 24/7 and assisting us in arranging transportation and a boat tour at the lowest price. The hotel is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and there's a grocery store right next to it that stays open until late, making it perfect for us. Our room was in mint condition, we loved the pool so much and we absolutely loved the breakfast, which was delivered to our room every morning. It was the best place to wrap up our honeymoon at Santorini. 10/10 would visit again. :)

Our recent stay (June 1-5, 2023) exceeded expectations. Accommodations, service, and experience were exceptional. The suite felt modern and pristine, with a private plunge pool as a tranquil retreat. Our daughter loved the direct pool access and the sunbed under the Mediterranean sun. The boutique stay provided unparalleled service. Matthew, our dedicated guide, went above and beyond. He planned our days, adjusted itineraries, and organized a sunset catamaran tour, making sure the menu catered to our daughter's preferences. Matthew coordinated our rental car and even returned it on our behalf. On the first day, he dropped us at a nearby restaurant and arranged our return. When we embarked on the Imerovigli to Oia hike, he assisted with planning, parking, and arranged for a driver to pick us up in Oia when we were ready to return to our car. He coordinated a special restaurant reservation in Oia for a breathtaking sunset experience, away from the crowds. In summary, our stay was unforgettable. Impeccable accommodations and second-to-none service by Matthew and the staff made us feel like cherished family. Highly recommended for an extraordinary getaway in Santorini.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and I must say this place just perfect. The host customer service was impeccable. They gave us all the information about the local, where to eat and places to visit. They helped with our transfers and everything we needed. Overall they made our stay stress free, the room and breakfast was excellent also.

スタッフは皆、とてもフレンドリーで部屋も綺麗で素晴らしい滞在でした。朝食は色々メニューを選べ味もボリュームも大満足。スーパーやバス停も近くにあり、少し歩けばレストランやバーなどもあって不便はありません。強いて言えば、バスで安価に色々行けるものの中心のフィラからアクロティリまでの最終便が19時と早い事ぐらいでしょうか。今回は５月で、まだ少し肌寒く部屋のプールを使えなかったのが心残りなので、今度はもっと暖かい時期にまた行きたいと思います。

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at vineyard exclusive suites. Our hotel room was very clean, stylish and had a personal plunge pool. The owner, Matthew, was very hospitable with us, catered to our needs, made us fresh breakfast daily, and also was a great advisor on places to see while in Greece. His sister and him made our stay in Greece a terrific experience and I’d highly recommend their hotel to anyone! We definitely see ourselves staying with them again for the next time we visit Greece!

An oasis at the end of the island
Stunning place, beautifully designed with every detail exquisitely considered. The layout of the room, the attention to detail in the architecture, the design of the pool, and the quality of the bed showed exquisite taste and superb planning and execution. Wonderful place. It was rebuild and now it’s a 4 suits Villa with private swimming area for every suite. Build in the way so you can’t see the neighbours (we did not hear them either). Everything is so pretty and clean, attention to every detail. Vineyards around and close to the town and the beach - we walked there. Matthew is great host and always there if you need anything without bothering you at all.

Absolutely gorgeous room, we stayed in the honeymoon suite and couldn’t have asked for more. Free breakfast to wake up to on the patio and fabulous hosts. We could not find a restaurant we had booked into and they kindly dropped us off free of charge, so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Great location, a lovely short walk into the village itself and close to red beach / ancient Akrotiri ruins. Would highly recommend 100% Thank you very much for being such wonderful hosts.

Uitstekend plek! heel veel schoon en de gastvrouw is heel aardig en vriendelijk. Bovendien de omgeving is goed bereikbaar. ( openbaar vervoer, supermarkt dichtbij en de stranden ook). We waren en groep van zeven en we zijn heel tevreden om die plek te vinden.

We are in Akrotiri area, not close to Oia and Fira but on the other Caldera side that is beautiful and close to nice beaches. The house is big, well decorated, accurately cleaned and with any comfort. The owner is nice, friendly and available to share any information you may need about the island. We suggest it for couples and families.

Family vacation
Villa is in great for a family stay in Santorini. It is a little away from the tourist spots but within easy reach either by bus or car/quad rental. The hosts are extremely helpful and very attentive to all your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to family and friends.

The Villa was beautiful but in a very remote location. You will need to rent a car to see the island. We did not know that the owners live on the same property. They were very pleasant and helpful but did not know they would be there 24/7. There was a spa tub on the deck but we did not know it was cold water and to heat it would be an additional $10.00 per person per day.
