We had a great time and experience staying at the Cozy Cottage. The name describes it to a Tee! The place was very clean and well kept. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a short ride/drive from downtown as well as Lambeau Field. The hosts were very communicative prior to and during our stay. I felt like they genuinely cared about us enjoying ourselves while we were in town. The view of the Bay was awesome to see out of the living room windows. We're looking forward to coming back when it's a little warmer, so we can enjoy sitting around a nice fire in the backyard. We appreciate your hospitality, thanks again!

It is truly a Cozy Cottage. My Wife and I were very comfortable there. The Cottage was very clean and well kept up. The backyard was great with beautiful views of Green Bay, and very quiet and relaxing. Indoors at night were comfortable and nice also.

A delightful small cottage beautifully set on the shore of Green Bay. Conveniently situated close to the city of Green Bay and on the doorstep to Door County, it is also a short drive to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion. The Cozy Cottage was very clean with wonderful sunsets and a fireplace for toasty evenings. And the bed was exceptionally comfortable! Highly recommended - we will be back someday!

This little house is a hidden gem! It is located just outside of Green Bay on a dead end street, so is very quiet. Just outside the French doors in the back of the house is the bay--just gorgeous!! While we were at the house, we spent most of our time outside in the chairs under the tree. The house is VERY clean and the hosts are wonderful--very helpful and responsive. The only negative is that while the bathroom is very clean, it's small and needs to be refurbished, especially the sink and faucet. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable cottage. Everything was just as described and cottage was super clean, which is very appreciated. What a view from the back deck!! Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your cottage.

Exceeded Expectation

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Amenities were excellent. We were in town to visit Our Lady of Champion Shrine which was just a short drive away. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning outside in the comfortable chairs right by the water. I especially loved watching the pelicans. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners were attentive to our needs if necessary. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage and we will definitely revisit.

Lovely spot

Very clean and neat spot! Lots of options offered up for water fun, although our weather did not cooperate! Super cute rooms and nice touches like fresh flowers and the fans! Would have loved a pair of binoculars! Saw lots of pelicans and an eagle!

Beautiful views

This was just the cutest, most comfy and accommodating little cottage. All furnishings were in great shape and comfortable. Very clean. Open living room/kitchen/dining with lots of large bright windows and great views of the bay. Lovely yard. We had fun exploring dining experiences in Green Bay and the train museum, also took a nice drive up Door County. We’d love to return one day and catch some warmer weather in order to enjoy more of the sunny yard. Cozy Cottage is definitely in our rotation

Cozy Cottage is very inviting. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here very much while we were in the area to see Our Lady of Champion Shrine. Very spacious and everything we needed was there. Beautiful view of Green Bay! We could easily walk to the beach.

Sweet Retreat

We loved the location - quiet neighborhood, quiet street, beautiful spot on Green Bay. It worked as a great base for exploring the peninsula. Had the weather cooperated we'd have used the kayaks, perhaps our next stay. Kitchen was well supplied for our needs, beds were comfortable, owners were very responsive and thoughtful.

Favorite Getaway

This was seriously the most perfect getaway that I needed. Quiet, lots of nature, no cars. Cozy fireplace and the hosts were exceptional. Will stay here whenever I visit Green Bay again.

Sister's birthday getaway

The cottage was a cozy retreat with easy access to Lambeau field & to Door county/Sturgeon's Bay area. The area & cottage is well kept & clean & neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. The view & access to the lake is wonderful!! The host is also wonderful & kept in touch/prompt answer to questions etc. Also, they went out of their way to surprise us with flower bouquets & ballons for our birthday!

Perfect Summer Getaway

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay during our recent vacation to Wisconsin. The cottage was super clean, perfectly stocked, and reminded us of childhood family trips up north. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and the hosts had excellent communication throughout our stay. The views of the bay were serene and the proximity to both the Green Bay metro area and Door County made it an excellent central location. 10/10 recommend

Green Bay

We came up for a Packers game in December. This little cottage located on Green Bay was just amazing. Very clean, with 2 bedrooms and we slept 4 adults very comfortably. Owners provided everything one would need for a weekend stay. We did get good use of the fire pit next to the Bay. Great time and definitely would book again. Very gracious host. 5 star all the way!

Little Slice of Heaven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage right on the bay. The outdoor seating options and aquatic equipment (kayaks in particular) were greatly appreciated. As others have mentioned, the sunsets and view are spectacular! The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accessible. The location is perfect for attending Packer games and for exploring Door County. We hope to be back again soon. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Sunsets

The cottage on the bay boasts some of the most beautiful sunsets I have seen! The cottage was so quaint and quiet, perfect for a little get away. Definitely for couples, maybe with 1 child or a 3rd wheel based on bedrooms but the large kitchen, open dining/living room with views of the lake provided plenty of room to spread out a bit. The cottage is well appointed and did not find anything lacking. While the wifi isn't quite strong enough for Zoom/online meetings, you really don't care when you can instead just sit on the deck and enjoy the silence (except for some wildlife). The location is perfect for relaxing or getting into town. It's toward the end of a quiet street with homes only on 1 side of the street, other side of the street is park-like. Additionally, it's just a quick 15-20 minutes into the heart of downtown. Lastly, the hosts were great about communications, responding quickly to any inquiries and providing recommendations of things to do, including what time sunset is. Overall - I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

Celebrating my brother's birthday, perfect restful place to step back and reconnect. Worked easily for three people. Mike and Ann were awesome hosts, checked on us before, during, and after, to make sure we had all that we needed. Property was clean and accommodating. View of the bay is amazing, fun swimming and yard games, fire pit, plus possibilities for kayaking to Point Sable. A new favorite, highly recommend!

Relaxing

The cozy cottage and Mike and Ann provide a perfect location to forget about the day to day stress and relax a little. The cottage is equiped with everyting one needs, just bring the food/drinks and its the ideal spot to start each day slow and taper off. Highly recommend!

Perfect

This charmingly nostalgic, comfortable, extra-clean cottage is located on a very quiet dead end road, right by a natural area, with a great view of the bay! I loved the beautiful grounds and the many thoughtful touches both inside and outside. We spent all afternoon and evening the first day just swinging and sitting outside watching the pelicans dive and the seagulls fly over, and enjoying the cool breeze off the water. Beautiful sunsets and only 10 minutes on mostly country roads to the Our Lady of Champion shrine! Thank you so much, Mike and Ann.
