“I went to North Adams to meet my daughter. At first, I was surprised that there wasn't an Inn Keeper. However, with security door for the house doors and each guest room, it wasn't an issue. The room was super spacious. Though, I wish the bathroom were bigger, or at least provide hooks for clothing. Other than that, simple continental breakfast. Since I am lactose intolerant, so my choices were a little less.”

“This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket?
I questioned her, And she changed……
