「The night staff and my tier of maids s were great some others didnt like me which i could care less i knew them before it was motel 6 and they had a preoblem with me then but this time getting demoted and put in yore place pissed them off your bad you wasnt made to have that position anyways anyways loved the night and afyernoon shift 」

「We have stayed there several times. The place is always clean’ the check in and out is convenient and we can arrive whenever we want and get in our room. Stephanie and her crew are very accommodating and always polite and friendly and always trying to improve the service.」

「Clean, quiet, spacious, and safe location. Very close to Lake Arrowhead Village.」

「Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.」

「The house is in terrible condition, the swimming pool is unusable, and there’s no hairdryer!」

「Jennifer is such a nice woman. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the office. I needed new batteries for the TV remote control and she got them "pronto." We also needed disposable cups and she ran to the storage to get some. I think Jennifer deserves the world.」

「We enjoyed our stay immensely the staff was super nice. I had a slight issue with one of the rooms. We had five rooms and they quickly resolve the issue with a smile and reassured me that it was not an imposition for them to change rooms for me breakfast was wonderful and the location was great. It was next to everything.」

「The outdoor public sports facilities are very good, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, the surrounding environment of the cabins is very bad, the greening is not good, the vegetation is bare loess, the slopes of the paths are very steep, and it is difficult for the elderly to walk.」
