Great location

We stayed here before in January 2024 & when we decided to come back & spend Thanksgiving in GTC this was the place we chose again. Comfortable, well equipped & easy communications. Our only complaint was with the minor problems we had with the wifi again.

An amazing place

This was the best choice we could have made for our stay. House was as advertised and any minor issues we ran into was quickly fixed by Anwar the same day. Would recommend this place to everyone.

perfect spot for a chill vacation!

We had such a nice time hot tubbing, grilling food, and hanging out at this rental. Plenty of space for our group of 7. We spent ten days here and had an amazing time!

10 days in paradise!

This was our second stay at this house. Just as great as the first time!! Property is well stocked, bedrooms are very accommodating and is clean upon arrival. The location is perfect-in the middle, so it’s easy to either go north or south on the island!

Loved Green Turtle Cay

Excellent location and fantastic home for our family

We had a wonderful time in Greene turtle cay and would highly recommend this house to vacationers. A spacious indoor area to have family meals and play games. And a wonderful outdoor space to play corn hole and walk up to a lookout to look at the stars.

Annual trip

We travel annually with long time friends. This year we chose GTC as our spot. We rented two houses and this one was the sleeping spot. It was perfect for our needs. I would rent this house again. Very comfy!

Outstanding

We have been coming to GTC for a very long time & have rented many many places over the years. This time there were only 5 of us & we could have easily accommodated more than that. The location is perfect, Anwar (the caretaker) was extremely helpful, the house was very well appointed & comfortable. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Roomy home with a good location on the island. Bita Bay is a short golf cart ride away

The home easily accommodates six adults and four children or eight adults. It is well equipped however does not have lounge chairs. Bits Beach is five minutes from house and a beautiful location for walking, sunbathing or snorkeling. Anwar, the house manager, is a jewel. He lives near the property and was always available when contacted on What’s app.

Outstanding second visit

This is our second time renting this property. Just a wonderful and perfectly comfortable house. Many accoutrements that you don't normally find in rental properties, like coolers, beach chairs... So perfect to be able to climb up to the widow's walk and check the sea conditions on both sides of the island before taking our boat out each morning/afternoon. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent Property and Very Personal Care

The home is outstanding and very close to the beach. The rooftop observation area is exceptional and provides an incredible 360-degree view of GTC and beyond. It is very well provisioned and extremely comfortable. I truly appreciated Anwar's friendly and conscientious care of us and the property, including checking on us to make sure things were great. (They were) The hospitality team did a wonderful job in preparing the home and were super friendly. Proximity to Sunset Marine Boat Rentals was walking distance. Adam and gang there do a great job. A newer store, Sea Grapes is very close by for wine, liquor, ice, etc. with terrific service and selection.

LADIES VACATION

We were a group of ten ladies who came. To GTC to visit a friend. The house was very spacious even for a group of ten. The bedrooms were larger than we expected from the pictures. The location was perfectly located. The village, in one direction, or Bluff House or Green Turtle Club in the other were just a short golf cart ride away. The beaches were prestine and very few people on them. My favorite beach was Gillam Bay. Anwar the property manager was friendly and available whenever we had a question. Fanny the housekeeper even stopped by to introduce herself. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We made many meals at the house and the kitchen was large enough to accomodate us all. We checked out all the local spots, Two Shorty's, Pineapples, Sundowners, The Green Turtle Club and Bluff House. We had a fabulous time. Thank you Kelly and Fritz.

Great vacation to Green Turtle Cay and Chelonia house.

We had a great week despite the weather to start. First time getting to the house is super easy- ask the ferry captain to drop you at Benson’s dock and have your golf cart waiting there. It’s a very short ride or walk over to Chelonia. The house is well laid out for a family with everything you need. Great kitchen, fully outfitted. We loved the back deck and enjoyed evenings playing corn hole as well as the rooftop area and the fantastic views. Bill and Kelly were wonderful to work with answering questions and making sure we had what we needed. Anwar the property manager checked in on us during the week and was very helpful. We loved being on Long Bay as well as centrally located. It’s a quick cart ride to town or to the North end. Bita Bay and the beach is just across the street and a great morning or evening beach walk. We rented a boat for the week from Sunset Marine which is right next to Benson’s dock and we kept the boat at Benson’s. We loved having the freedom to cay hop and did so just about every day exploring GTC and the area. My whole family is already looking forward to going back.
