I wish I can give you negative star for this property. Highly not recommended this property because of full of weeds smells everywhere even in my room hallway lobby. I couldn’t sleep whole two nights because of that weeds smell even my family too. Too much noise comes from neighbors even midnight. AC is not working. Refrigerator is not working. Room is thoroughly not clean at all. Bed is dirty not even washed. you want they will give you free rooms. I’m not recommend to stay there it’s high it’s unsafe.

Elevators did not work the entire time. I had to lift heavy items and kid to 4th floor the whole time. My pricey belonging forgotten after check out was "trashed " less than 24hrs when i called back. I believe , it was converted. I was treated better by fellow guests than hotel staff. People just need to be kind especially if clients pay for services. .

We had a confirmed reservation. I arrived from out of town at 3 pm to be told that they could not honor my reservation because "the computer had overbooked" I was offered no accommodations nor alternatives. We had to find substitute on our own. I will never stay again at a WoodSpring Suite hotel.

The only positive with the whole experience was the receptionist. During the whole 1 hour that i was there, the smell and aroma in the elevator, entire 3rd floor, and room was absolutely terrible. After voicing my concerns to the front desk about the stench and dirty bed linens, the receptionist told me that the hotel was aware of the problem and that they were trying to mask the smell with air fresheners!! She did change the bed linens and open the window. With the stench still being so bad, we checked out after only an hour.

My stay was nice. The only thing i didn't like about my stay, i saw a guest that lived at the hotel walking around nude wrapped in a blanket. And the staffed never addressed the issue. They have cameras on every floor I'm sure the staff had to have seen the woman walking around nude wrapped in a blanket. Other than that my stay was great.
