“cute studio.apartment within walking distance to all things downtown. hosts were kind and responsive all through the booking and stay. Old building with old building quirks, but they keep making improvements. would definitely choose properties by them again”

There were several unhoused men that had set up their beds in front of the door of the apartment before I arrived home both nights during my stay. The second night one unhoused man was yelling and banging on the glass door of the apartment for several hours. Location is great, but I would not stay again.”

“OK, look, we were dumb not to have booked a place earlier for what was sure to be a busy few days in Bloomington. There just weren't many options left in town. PROS: This rental has an excellent location that allowed us to walk where we needed to go. We were able to park the car in the garage just north for 0.50 per hour. The host was responsive when we were struggling with the keypad. The bed was comfortable.CONS: The rental has lots of maintenance issues. I could list them in some detail--……
