不满意：清洁度、入住、沟通体验、位置、展示内容准确性
To be clear I cannot comment on location, cleanliness, or anything about the property at all. We never entered the premises. We booked the property a month in advance to stay while we moved my daughter back to College. On the way to High Point I realized I had not received information about accessing the property. I messaged the property manager many times with no response. I found the owners phone number and tired calling multiple times. I did finally text the owner who let me know the property was occupied. The response was dismissive, exempt, and nonchalant. The owner did offer that it’s the property managers fault. After a series of text I did ask for an immediate refund and two weeks later I have not received any refund. I do believe the owner requested the refund however it’s hard to tell. The silver lining is that I did find a hotel at 11pm that had room and will be staying there moving forward.
