I made my reservation through Expedia. For whatever reason, when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it. Candice, the guest service manager, took an hour of her own time to sit with me and work with Expedia, resolving the problem. Excellent customer service!

Because we booked through Expedia we were told that they couldn't give us a room upgrade as a way to handle the poor condition of the first two rooms we were given. We were told this after the first rooms they put us in had faulty a/c units. They apparently found it in their hearts to finally get us a good room. All was fine until the people directly above us arrived back from the bar at 2:45am and proceeded to stomp around for 1-1/2 hours. When they did finally start sleeping off their stupor we were awakened by what turned out to be a false fire alarm. The whole experience left us turned off completely to Hampton Inns (and perhaps Hilton) and a little peeved about the way Expedia bookers are treated.

Website description of room said sleeper sofa but no rooms had that. Property did have a rollaway so that was fine. Family two doors down allowed kids to run the hallways and continued to yell at them while we tried to sleep but when I finally opened the door and asked them to settle down the tweens we respectful.
Breakfast selection was good, but eggs were really bland and coffee was weak.

Easy access, nice staff. Comfortable room. Noise from top floor
