2nd floor room was spacious but the whole floor smelled like old cigarettes. It is now a non-smoking hotel but the smell is awful. Our room overlooked the lobby entrance and we had to request the desk person to ask the people out there to not smoke as the smell was coming in our room. This property has seriously gone downhill. The floor in the room was dirty, the ceiling in the bathroom had patchwork done and you could hear noise from other guests in the hallway. Would not stay here again

Great rooms, had to stay in area for a Celebration of Life, and had to bring the dogs. It was great to have a nice place to stay and bring the dogs with us. Will stay here again when I come back to the area.

It was loud well after 9pm from guests and road noise. There was no way to make the room dark since there are windows high above the blinds. The maintenance on the property is lacking. The sheets were clean but stained, and there was even a dirty Band-Aid in our room. There was mold and rust in the bathroom. The elevator needs servicing; it and the front automatic entry door both sounded like dying animals. While pets are welcome, there is a sign that says no pets in the breakfast area. Yet someone had their dog in the breakfast area and was even feed feeding the dog breakfast food from the buffet. A male employee said nothing to the dog owner even after I made eye contact with him and suggested he do so.

Absolutely outstanding stay. The hilltop location is special and the view looking east in the morning is breathtaking and peaceful. The room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable place to stay.
