Welcome to our cozy retreat! Nestled on the edge of the small town of Greentop, MO. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for families. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the spacious back deck. This home is 12 minutes from Kirksville, MO, with off street parking for 2 or more vehicles and also a large one car garage. Your home away from home awaits! This cozy and well-equipped home is perfect for travelers seeking comfort and convivence.

We love Country’s Edge Retreat. It is spotless, and so comfortably decorated. It has everything you need, including a beautiful yard, a grill and beautiful deck with plenty of seating and beautiful lights. We love sitting out there and visiting. The beds are super comfy and soft, with wonderful linens. The kitchen has all that you need, incuding an island for extra space. A wonderful place to stay.

Poor property description and hidden fees. These fees were demanded after check in. Management said that this 4 bedroom house’s rental only includes 2 people. While this is my mistake because the search defaulted to 2 people, the property description only stated that “extra person charge may apply.” We have rented from Vrbo many times but have never had a host stalk the property just to charge an additional 20 per person per day for occupants over 2. Would not recommend.
