  • Welcome to Stratham Station! This home was newly built in 2021 and has been professionally designed and furnished by a licensed interior designer. Wow is it stunning! Whether you’re here for business or a personal stay, this well-kept, spacious home has everything you need and more. Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, you can be at the heart of the city in minutes! Stratham Station can sleep 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The large fully fenced in backyard is perfect for bringing your doggies with you if you’d like.

    The owner’s suite has a large king bed, desk space, luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed. Relax in the main space with flex seating and an open floor concept. The home is approximately 2,500 sqft and has plenty of room for multiple guests but also has a cozy feel for smaller groups.     You really can’t beat how close this home is to downtown and many of the nearby local amenities. Greenville has a wonderful selection of breweries, nature hikes/walks, art displays, shopping and good eating! Great communication, beautiful home, centrally located in Greenville, close to Downtown and nice outdoor space. Parking in the garage for my large SUV was great, the kitchen was awesome.Jacob was always really available.If I return to Greenville surely will be staying at Statham.

Lovely home. Spacious without feeling overwhelming. Loved the layout of the home. The host was great to work with. The house was convenient to downtown Greenville (less than 5 minutes) and overall provided for a great stay.

Very clean. Access was easy to get too. Had everything g we needed. Loved that you could park in the garage. Zero issues with property. Neighborhood was a bit noisy, but that is a person saying that who is not used to living in town. Would say again.

I booked this home for a Girls Weekend Getaway to celebrate a birthday. It was the PERFECT place for us! Plenty of room and the home was clean and comfortable. The location was great. We are already planning to book here again! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect for Pets

The house was an excellent size, with gorgeous bathrooms and decorating. The yard and covered patio was a game changer for our 3 small dogs. We would definitely stay here again if we come with friends and family.
