Very comfortable memory foam mattress - my back is not great, so that was a HUGE plus! House was pet friendly. My friend brought her dog. They even provided towels specifically for the dog and a dog bowl and poop bags! Thanks! ”

“The host was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer. Quiet neighborhood, good location to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail, groceries, and a must try bbq joint, Mike and Jeff’s on Old Buncombe Rd. The house was well stocked and TVs in each bedroom were a plus! The only thing we wish is that the fence extended out to include the side door because you can only access the fenced in yard by going out to the gate. Thanks for the hospitality!”

“This listing is as indicated. Jamey was a good communicator. The house was clean and well stocked. It is 3 blocks from the Swamp Rabbit trail. You will need a car to grocery shop or go to restaurants. Parking was easy and a fenced in back and front yard was handy with a dog. There are lots of cats in the neighborhood so watch for their litter areas. Thank you for the hospitality, Jamey!”

“The property is very well-appointed and had everything we needed. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything in the West End area including the Reedy Falls and walking trail. The towels were plush and plentiful and the beds were very comfortable. ”

“Thought it was a good deal, but got blamed for pre existing stains on the rug. Also the neighborhood is sketchy, and there are super loud neighbors on weekends. House is directly off a main road and traffic noise is LOUD especially when emergency vehicles pass. Which is apparently pretty frequently.”

Unfortunately, the internet did not work for the majority of our stay, and because some of us were from other countries, internet costs became quite high to purchase data. The host cited a service outage but did not otherwise communicate the status of that outage with us or try to rectify the situation. “The house is roomy and secluded, with a fully stocked kitchen - though the bowls are plastic. It was nice that the bedrooms are located at the corners of the house giving each couple privacy.CAUTION if you have KIDS - the wifi router is located in the kid's bunk room, in the back of a cabinet! We suppose that was to get signal to both the house and pool area, yet it is a hazard to the kids health.
