This historic inn is pretty cute! The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Be prepared for some awkwardness when checking in, since you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel stairs. Also, it says “continental breakfast” but there wasn’t much available when we were there. Don’t expect too much and just check out the bakery or coffee shop down the road instead (Haan’s and Morning Glow were both great). Would visit again!

My sisters and I enjoyed the historical Winter Inn and will definitely be back. The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. The room, though small, was clean and cute. The downstairs tavern was unique and quite large, and the outdoor patio was charming. We only ate small bites at the restaurant, which was typical "bar food," but again, not really enough to give the food a full review. Our waitress was so very, very nice and we enjoyed our time as a family at the Inn.

convenient to our event, historic building which limits room size ... still comfortable for a weekend stay. restaurant downstairs is excellent, bar is busy. have used these facilities three times in three years and consistently had welcoming staff.

This hstoric hotel, with onsite restaurant and bar is a true gem. Excellent staff. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Close to good food and shopping. Greenville has turned out to be great stop on our travels.

First time actually “staying” at the Winter Inn. The accommodations were great for the money. Staff was very nice and helpful. Couldn’t rave more about them, with exception of one of the bartenders, who was not very welcoming or friendly. Would definitely stay again!
