An outdoor firepit adds to the rustic sense of comfort and fun and will tempt you and your group to spend every night around the fire with roasting s'mores and laughs all around. The property also welcomes up to two dogs and offers plenty of land for man's best friend to run and play.

Located right on Lower Wilson Pond, this home gives you the perfect launching point for all kinds of water activities. You can boat, swim, fish, or simply sunbathe in the summer sun. A brief three-and-a-half-mile drive west will take you to downtown Greenville. Here you will find conveniences such as restaurants and shops as well as attractions like the Moosehead Marine Museum and the Greenville Seaplane Base.

Dock details: At the water's edge, there is a 32-foot dock that will accommodate a 20-foot boat and a shallow area for children to play.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
