Downtown condo. Walking distance to everything! Restaurants, Fluor Field, Peace Center, Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail! 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Very nice outdoor patio with great views. 5 minutes from PRISMA & St. Francis Hospitals.

Kitchen stocked with basics but who wants to cook when there are restaurants in every direction! WiFi for the working guys. Smart TV's. Each bedroom has a Queen Size Bed w/ Memory Foam mattress. Super Clean, All new decor, mattresses & linens. Sleeps 4 MAX.

Easy access (30 Minutes) to CLEMSON UNIVERSITY & Lake Hartwell. 15 minutes for FURMAN UNIVERSITY.
