“Poor communication between staff,”

“My family and I visited True Blue Resort for about 2 weeks in July 2026. We truly enjoyed our stay here with a young family of 4. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating especially to our needs with a 5 month old baby and a 4 year old. They ensured that my family and I got a very good experience which we most certainly did. From the cozy and well kept cocoa pod in which we stayed and then the lovely pool that was right in front of our cocoa pod to take a nice dip! There’s……

“The property over all was great. The staff was friendly helpful and went out of the way to accommodate the guests. Was there for my Bday and the staff acknowledged it with a simple surprise. The thought counted. There some renovations going at the property but those renovations did not interfere with amenities.”
