A pretty tired and dated hotel. Unwelcoming staff, particularly at the restaurant, no greeting or welcome. Eventually offered food. Was clean and very quiet at night.

I highly reccommend this resort. The staff are awesome, helpful and friendly. The food at their resturant was very tasty. The rooms are very clean and well stocked. We are definetly coming back!!

Pro: Excellent views; beautiful location close to a private beach. Excellent landscaping with local plants; room has a fully furnished private deck. Large room/suite with full kitchen, dining room and living room areas; pool; laundry. Close to shopping. Walk to both luxury and affordable restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Con: plumbing and electrical need updating. Overall: an excellent experience that was well worth the price.

I liked the location of the property. I did not like the room as I thought it needed upgrading to 2024 standards. I had a lizard in my room and a few worms from outside. Modernization should rectify these problems,. new doors ,cupboards and bathrooms.

Rooms could use some updating and repairs; loose cabinet doors, fridge didn’t work, and a bit on the worn side. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and was clearly not the original seat, as parts of the old one were still there and they just laid a new seat on top. I slid sideways and nearly fell on the floor the first time I tried to use it. Staff were polite, but the restaurant and bar hours seem unpredictable, as they weren’t sure if they would be opening for dinner the evening we arrived, and there was no one to make us drinks at the bar by the pool. Eventually the chef showed up, which was good since we were at the end of our vacation and had planned to just have dinner and some drinks and relax. Too bad there wasn’t bar service all evening, as we would have like some cocktails while sitting by the pool. We would have spent more money for sure. Overall our experience was not awful, but not great. It’s near Dr. Grooms Beach (about a 6-7 minute walk) which is nice and quiet, but because of the random and unpredictable bar and food service (and gigantic spider in the shower?) I don’t think I’d go back. The low price meant I didn’t have super high expectations, but lack of/unpredictable food and drinks are a dealbreaker for me.

Close to the airport, but quite remote. Good enough for an overnight in transit. AC and clean, but basic. There is a kettle and a fridge so you can bring supplies for a morning cuppa but they only provide instant coffee and sugar. There is a bar & restaurant, but no guests were using it while I was there. Very quiet. 10 minute walk to the airport or a $12 US cab ride.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Room was disgusting: Stained bed sheets/pillows, dirty bathroom and floors, insects everywhere. Completely unsanitary. Everything broken: Leaky toilet, noisy, rocking refrigerator, broken TV/blinds/windows, exposed electrical wires (safety hazard!), hard uncomfortable beds. Service awful: Requested room change due to conditions - told nothing available. Staff unhelpful throughout stay. False advertising: Booked suite with pool view, got makeshift front room with no privacy. Booked package with breakfast included but was charged $25 daily for breakfast. Outdated everything: Ancient appliances, water damaged furniture, exposed outlets. Kitchen had minimal supplies and exposed wiring throughout. The room was essentially uninhabitable. For the price paid $1,600+ (breakfast cost separate), this was completely unacceptable. Multiple safety issues and false advertising make this place dangerous and dishonest. Tried to contact them with Expedia. They refuse to speak with us or acknowledge the deplorable conditions of the place. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else!
