「We were right on the beach with access to chairs and umbrellas.Snorkeling gears, gym, a beautiful pool. A garden full of lovely fruit. All of these were free. Walking distance to the town and other beaches. The breakfast and the workers in that area were on top of their game. We were well taken care of. What I did not like was the people from the housekeeping department, they did not deliver free towels everyday. We had a duvet for only two of seven nights. We asked for one repeatedly and did...

「The staff and facility was excellent. The cost for the trip was 5000 plus CAD for 4 nights is ridiculously expensive for low season. Dinner meals alone cost me $1468 CAD just for dinner and is nothing special. In addition the weather was terrible and lots of seaweeds so no swimming at the hotel. Alternative arrangements were made to swim at a sister restaurant.」

「An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. 」
