My favorite aspect of this apartment is its location close to Parc Paul Mistral, as well as an amazing view of the alps from all windows. It is an amazing experience to wake up to the alps in the morning light, or to watch a thunderstorm over the mountains. Sebastian was immediately receptive to all inquiries I had!

There was adequate space for the two us. There was also an used 2nd bedroom. The building is older but the unit had more modern improvements in the kitchen and bath. There is free parking on the street. The old town was about 15 minutes walk through the park. Sebastien was a great communicator.

Superbe appartement, bien décorée et bien agencée. L'appartement était propre à notre arrivée bien qu'il restait des nuggets dans le four. Le propriétaire est disponible et l'entrée indépendante est géniale.

Que dire si ce n’est que l’appartement est terrible, très grand avec 2 balcons, au 5ème étages donc sans aucun bruit, super bien équipé et très bien placé à 10 min grand Max à pied du centre. Situé face au grand parc de Grenoble il offre une vue magnifique. L’appartement était ultra propre et super facile d’accès comme pour s’y garer. Encore merci Sébastien.

Ha sido toda una sorpresa estar en este apartamento, está muy bien situado cerca de todo, es súper fácil aparcar el coche enfrente del apartamento. Las camas son muy cómodas y la limpieza es irreprochable. Os lo recomiendo

échange agréable avec le propriétaire, accès facile (proche tramway et bus) avec possibilité d'aller à pied au centre ville. Appartement très bien équipé et vue très belle sur les montagnes et le parc Paul Mistral.
