- a living room divided into 2 spaces: a sleeping area with a real 140 cm bed and a lounge area with sofa, dining table
- a fully equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc.)
- a Wifi connection
- a bathroom with shower and WC

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the apartment, such as a television, a free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. ...), storage, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to check the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident observed in the apartment, it does not lead to any debit or blocking of your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, the accesses to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. 📍 Located in the Hyper center district of Grenoble, near the Halles Sainte Claire. This district is animated by small shops, small cafes and very good restaurants as well as a daily market including Sunday. The historic city center is a 3-minute walk away.

🚌 Getting around:
You have access to public transport: Trams B with the "Sainte Claire les Halles" stop.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paid during the day except Sunday) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 Cleaning costs also include bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety instructions, sheets and bathroom linen will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity housing! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
