Arnaque !!

appartement dégoûtant : alèse de lit, oreillers, sols, murs, interrupteurs, équipement de cuisine ....., un store sur deux à la fenêtre de la chambre ! donc si vous voulez dormir dans l'obscurité , il faut penser à emporter un masque pour les yeux ! Du désinfectant et javel pour tout ! En plus ces stores ne vont pas jusqu'en bas des fenêtres !! Evidemment les photos de l'annonce masquent tout cela !! Elles sont embellies, deux ne sont même pas mises à jour : il n'y a pas de table basse blanche dans le salon sur un joli tapis coloré, mais une table avec un plateau rond imitation bois taché !! sur une sorte de paillasse ! Cet appartement est présenté comme un beau T2 !!! Quelle arnaque !! Mauvaise foi, mépris , manque de considération pour le client de la part de l'hôtesse, directrice de l'agence de conciergerie de AIRBNB , Majordome Privé !!! Ben sûr , quand on demande un remboursement intégral , tout le monde refuse !! Je me doutais bien qu'il serait inutile que je m'adresse au centre d'aide de AIBNB !!!

Propreté à revoir

L’appartement était sale à notre arrivée le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Suite à notre appel, une femme de ménage est revenue le lendemain, c’était un peu mieux mais loin d’être suffisant, il aurait fallu un grand ménage qui n’avait pas dû être fait depuis bien longtemps ! Il devrait y avoir un remboursement ou minimum un geste de fait dans ces cas là. Nous étions avec un bébé qu’on ne pouvait pas laisser circuler dans l’appartement de peur qu’il touche quelque chose. Tout était vraiment dans un état limite.
