Neglected and photos out of date

VRBO need to keep a check on these properties, because this one now, no longer looks as good in real life as what the photos show. On the plus side,this house has excellent WIFI,a great big freezer & large seperate fridge, great tv with Netfix, in English too, good selection of utensils in the kitchen & a lovely, but v v cold swimming pool, it leaks & needs topping up.We r campers, we are use to roughing it, but it was v disappointing when we first arrived. It seems since taking the photos he has just let everything rot. Including mattresses around pool.The house is ok,but the wooden floorboards upstairs make a LOT of creaking noise, so if you need to use the bathroom during the night you are likely to wake everyone up while you get there. The tiles in the kitchen have not been grouted &a few around the sink kept falling off. Shower upstairs leaks into the downstairs bathroom, doesnt have a washer, so as much water shoots the opposite direction to what comes out the head & doesnt attach to the wall, so I had to sling it over my shoulder while I washed. I weeded around the pool and cleaned the outside tables. The pool slabs are crumbling & breaking up & he had given up laying the path, so shoved a few bricks under the edge to keep it from collapsing, then dumped the rest in a big pile with old pile of tarps.Bbq v wobbly and filthy. He lives in the same building with locked doors & walks through the outside rented area several times a day.I like privacy when on holiday. Shame.

Maison propre mais très dégradée fils électrique qui pende nt très dangereux les prises et les interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas toutes salle de bain du 1 étage la douche coule dans la salle de bain du bas j ai deux amis qui sont venus 4 jours et ils ont été obligés de prendrela douche en basle jardin en friche la piscine impraticable dommage il faisait un super beau temps les transats sont perces on peut passer a travers la cuisine d été est pourrie ainsi que tout le tour de la piscine aucun entretientune maison avec un grand potentiel mais si il y a un contrôle de sécurité très gros problèmes maison dangereuse je pense q Abritel qui un organiste très sérieux devrait faire attention c est votre réputation qui est en cause un contrôle est nécessairedésolée mais vous devez savoir bien cordialement

Beaucoup de soucis, durant notre séjour. Passage plusieurs fois d un électricien et d un plombier malgré cela nous avons passé un bon séjour et ce grâce surtout à la réactivité de la dame qui gère les entrées et sorties du bien lors de l absence du propriétaire. Encore merci madame

Veel mankementen

Buiten het verblijf op zich veel mankementen. De poetsvrouw die ons verwelkomde wist wel te zeggen dat er lichten niet werkten en welke schakelaars er ook niet altijd bleken mee te werken, dat de airco enorm lekte dus ook niet bruikbaar was. Het zwembad moesten we elke dag zelf proper maken wilden we gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Voor de prijs die we betaalde had dit best allemaal in orde mogen zijn. Best geen aanrader meer. Het gene dat via Vrbo wordt voorgeschoteld stemt niet overeen met de realiteit en dit al blijkbaar enkele jaren..... zielig gewoon aankomst nog iemand anders aan de achterzijde

Unterkunft in SEHR SCHLECHTEM Zustand!!!

Leider müssen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass es nicht dem entspricht was angeboten wurde. Von den 2 Badezimmern kann man nur das untere mit der Wanne benutzen, denn wen man oben Duscht, läuft das Wasser im unteren Bad von der Decke und den Wänden. Die Elektroinstalationen sind lebensgefährlich, nicht isolierte offene Kabel. Der Pool ist in einem ganz schlechten Zustand. Die Filteranlage ist veraltet und funktioniert nicht richtig, wir müssen den Poolsauger selber ständig in Betrieg nehmen, da das Wasser und der Boden zu schmutzig sind. Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool fehlen, da das vorhandene Mobiliear nicht brauchbar ist. Siehe Fotos vom Mail 21. Juni 2024. Bitte um Antwort Familie Etter

Schöner Urlaub in toller Gegend

Das Haus ist nicht das modernste und sauberste, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sehr groß, leider auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat die Kinder aber nicht gestört. Die Lage des Hauses zum Erkunden der Verdonschlucht war super, auch der Ort hat einiges zu bieten.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt um die wunderschöne Provence zu entdecken. Das Haus war sauber und der Pool bei diesem Wetter einfach erfrischend.

Bon courage pour les futurs vacanciers

Des notre arrivé, nous avons trouvé une maison avec un extérieur complètement laissé à l'abandon. Le propriétaire nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et nous avons constaté que la piscine était couverte d'algue, une cuisine où à faïence est décollé, des toilettes sales, nous avons trouvé que le propriétaire a eu un regard insistant envers nos filles. Nous avons donc demandé au propriétaire d'annuler la réservation car il était impossible pour nous de louer un endroit avec piscine sans pouvoir en profiter pendant la semaine et surtout de ne pas avoir confiance au propriétaire en plus que 2 portes à l'étage n'était pas accessible pour nous. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce lieu.

maison bien équipée et environnement paisible

La maison est située dans un quartier calme de Gréoux, tout en étant proche du centre (15minutes à pied) . Cette location nous a donné la sensation bien agréable d'arriver dans la maison familiale qui revit le temps des vacances -déco et mobilier datant quelque peu (avec un peu de poussière par ci par là) - dans laquelle nous sommes à l'aise car spacieuse et bien équipée : réfrigérateur volumineux, idem pour le congélateur, lave vaisselle tout neuf, lave-linge, barbecue, etc. Sans oublier l'abri couvert équipé d'une grande table pour les repas face à la piscine. Nous y prenions tous nos repas. en bref une maison où il fait bon vivre ! Enfin, le propriétaire, sympathique et disponible est présent pour conseiller des balades ou éventuellement solutionner un problème. Nous étions 4 dont 2 ados, et tous avons apprécié notre séjour (la maison et les Gorges du Verdon ! ) Nous recommandons cette location.

Agréable séjour en famille

La maison est vaste et les abords très tranquilles ; pour ce séjour de trois semaines nous avons apprécié l’espace, le calme et l’accès à la piscine dont nous avons largement profité. Et surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre logeur, toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Un grand merci !

Beau potentiel mais déçus

Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver une piscine verte à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire mais la piscine n'a été accessible que le dernier jour de notre séjour. Toute la famille a été très déçue d'autant que nous avions choisi cette location uniquement pour profiter de la piscine. La maison est très grande et très bine équipée mais les abords extérieurs mériteraient un entretien supplémentaire pour rendre l'ensemble plus agréable!

Synaptique et agréable

Une grande maison très très bien équipé avec un grand jardin avec un propriétaire très sympathique et très présent, (ne vous mettez pas sein nu ou autres) personnellement nous n avons pas eut de chance car de notre arrivée à notre départ la piscine était verte (algues sûrement ou en train de tourner) malgré les essai du propriétaire rien a faire pour quelle revienne bleu. Apres en ce qui concerne le calme et le réveil au sifflet des oiseaux c'est le top....
