"Pool needed to be cleaned but I still enjoy my stay "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The owners & staff were super friendly & helpful. Although there is renovation, the place is well kept & super clean. Amenities were good. The usual free breakfast, coffe in the room, etc. Loved that the in-room fridge had a freezer. Will stay again!!"

"No the hair dryer was filthy ( I had to wipe it off before using) and I’m not sure it’s ever been wiped down! Dead roach in bathroom floor and roach carcass in corner of bathroom behind toilet. Live bug, NOT sure what kind was crawling out of suitcase that was on the suitcase rack in room. The ac worked but noisy. On the positive side the check in was easy and friendly and it was very quiet."

"This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! I work in Morgan City a few times a year, and this Patterson gem is the perfect distance for a quick commute. The layout is ideal for a single traveler or a couple, with a surprisingly spacious kitchen, living area, and bathroom.We especially appreciated the high-end touches like the large TVs, the laundry area, and the relaxing whirlpool tub. Having a fantastic local grocery store just a few steps away is a total game-changer; the kitchen is so well-equipped that we were able to cook great meals and save on dining out. Communication with the host was top-notch and incredibly helpful. It’s the ultimate spot for a productive yet relaxing work-stay!"

"The room was in excellent condition. My concerns was with the hostess in the restaurant. She was very unprofessional. She made me felt like I was the problem when I walked in. No greeting no smile just straight attitude. The breakfast was cold and nasty. I was there to eat breakfast at. Little bit after 6 am and it was cold. The grits was hard and cold the eggs was old looking and cold and the bacon was fries right but cold. The deposit on these rooms are 150$ on top of what you’re paying for the room. That’s extremely to high for a deposit on a room where you have to be treated as if you’re in prison. That’s the reason a lot of people like to take their food to their rooms because of the staff that’s in there. "

"The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment."

"Check in lady was nice, no phone number for front desk, no tv remote, cigarette burns in sheets. Clean but burned. Floor could have been cleaner. People smoking pot outside was frustrating. "
