The bed clothes were filthy. I swear there were bed bugs. I called and asked for clean sheets and was told that there was no one there to change them. I was told I could change them and they would bring some up. They never arrived. I never got maid service. No clean towels. I honestly want a refund.

Excellent staff, but thin walls on the room and you will hear every noise around. They need to improve the cleaning and the housekeeping. It has a great location near food , gas stations and retail stores.

I want to start saying the staff was really nice, so zero complaints there. However, the state of the rooms was TERRIBLE. The first room they gave us smelled like fried chicken just entering, and we found 5 cockroaches in the 3 minutes we were there. Luke I said, the staff was really nice and they changed out rooms without hesitation, however, the 2nd room had a dead bug, a dead cockroach and another coal roach but this one alive, but hey at least there was no fried chicken smell. I will never stay here again and I’d advise to look for another option, I don’t know how this hotel has a 8.8 rating on Expedia, we were terrible disappointed.

The staff, both evening and morning, were polite, friendly and quite personable. It was very easy to make a reservation online. There was something that looked like red splashes on the front door frame, just down from the microwave. And the wooden part of the bathroom sink is broken. You could use some brighter lights in the room.

Got to the property after a long drive to find out that there is a newly implemented pet fee. We stay at Red Roofs with our dogs because they have always been pet friendly with no cost for pets. Our room stank of pet dander which was really unpleasant. If a hotel charges extra for pets then their cleaning practices should reflect that. Would not stay here again.
