「The stay was great, they allowed us to drop our bags off early which helped a ton. The process was overall very easy. We had one small problem that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean , as was the whole building. Definitely would reccomend. 」

From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
