This sort of basic thing being overlooked is really not acceptable. The exterior photos do not reflect that a second guest property, called the Naisonette has been constructed next to this...

Top Grigneuseville Hotel Reviews

Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale

Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale

10/10 Excellent
"The property has an excellent location in the old city close to the cathedral (expect some bells!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only crticism is that Expedia described the hotel as having "laundry facilities". If you screen for "washer and dryer", Expedia gives a positive result for the hotel. When we enquired, we were told that the hotel has a laundry service (several Euros for each item) but no washer and dryer for guest use. We were directed to a nearby laundromat. Mercure's own web site does not mention laundry facilities so the mistake rest with Expedia."
