「This trip was planned for a “stay, relax and do nothing” vacation and it was great! We loved the hotel and the amenities! We wish they had more “splash pad type” water activities but still had a great time! 」

「This is a brand new hotel. Besides the 2 pools, it has direct access to the beach. The facilities are new but the design in the room doesn't seem very practical. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The light and temperature control switches are built into the wall and hard to find and use. Besides that, this is one of the better option if you are staying in Rethymno. 」

「Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. 「Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food.
