Happy Holiday

We did really enjoy our holiday at this cozy and calming house. The owner was really keen to let us feel comfortable and he was always available if we had any questions. We only can recommend this amazing place warmly!

Splendide vue mer et terrasse magnifique

Maison très bien située au calme avec une terrasse très agréable et une vue magnifique sur Saint Tropez. Piscine chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner fin octobre! Nous étions 3 couples avec 3 enfants , la maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Il manquait juste une table assez grande pour manger tous à l’intérieur. Le seul problème reste l’humidité ressentie notamment dans 2 chambres malgré le traitement en cours des remontées capillaires

Eine Infomappe vor Ort mit allen Informationen wäre hilfreich. Ein Teil des Gebäudes war leider von Schimmel befallen, so dass wir auch unter Geruchsbelästigung gelitten haben. Der Vermieter war immer telefonisch zu erreichen.

Eine wunderschönes Haus mit Sicht aufs Meer

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch, das Swimmingpool auf 29 Grad beheizt und gross genug, Garten und der Grill sind einfach perfekt. Die Liegestühle sind solide und im perfekten Zustand, es gibt aber keine Sonnenschirme und keine Aussendusche. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist sehr grosszügig, es gibt Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen und Teller im Überfluss. Kühlschrank ist sehr gross und der Tiefkähler hat 3 Schubladen! Das Zimmer im Turm ist offen zum Badezimmer und die Dusche wird vom Zimmer aus betreten. Somit gibt es wenig Privatsphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Kein Fenster hatte Mückennetz, wir haben selber zwei Fenster damit ausgestattet. Für Hundebesitzer: Das ganze Grundstück ist von drei Seiten umzäunt aber nicht von der Strassenseite. Dort gibt es zwar viel Gebüsch und von allen Seiten ist der Garten nicht einsehbar aber ein Hund kann ohne Probleme auf die Strasse gehen. Das Swimmingpool hat eine Alarmanlage. Bei sehr windigem Wetter schaltet sie sich selber an, man muss einfach die Code wieder eingeben, bei allen Nachbarhäuser war das gleiche Geräusch zu hören. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer Verfügbar. Fazit - sehr empfehlenswert!!! Sandra & René

Une vue splendide que cela soit de la piscine, du salon de jardin , du coin repas. Belle maison moderne dans une résidence sécurisée haut de gamme. Bonne literie , très bien équipée, wifi . Au calme. Le barbecue en pierre a un grand charme . Nous étions 8 dont 4 ados . De la place pour tout le monde . Port Grimaud est charmant et à à peine 10 min , Ste Maxime a 15 min. Commerces proches . Attention voiture nécessaire . Une attention vous attend au frais pour bien commencer les vacances (merci) . Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

EXTRAORDINAIRE !

Même en cherchant bien, il est impossible de lui trouver le moindre défaut ! Rien ne manque ! Outre le fait d'avoir une vue imprenable sur le golfe de St Tropez, on profite d'une indépendance et d'une intimite totale ! Tout ce qui est proposé, aussi bien mobilier, équipement élerctro ménager, climatisation, télé, wifi....bref tout ce dont vous disposez est d'une excellente qualité ! Du reste, notre séjour a été fantastique et nous avons déjà loué pas mal de villas ( 62 et 64 ans !). Nous n'oublierons jamais ces vacances ! 👍 MERCI !

Bon séjour avec quelques points négatifs

La villa offre une vue plus que magnifique et les extérieurs sont le point fort de cette demeure. En ce qui concerne notre expérience, quelques petits désagréments : - absence de volets ou rideaux occultants - 4ème chambre inutilisable selon nous - mauvaise odeur importante dans une des SDB du bas durant tout le séjour - la climatisation n’est pas présente dans les pièces de vie mais cela ne nous a pas posé problème - le ménage à l’intérieur était à redire mais d’après le propriétaire les extérieurs ont demandé beaucoup de travail suite au incendies qui ont touché le golf Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, la villa présente de nombreux atouts notamment sa localisation.

Une semaine à Grimaud

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Grimaud. La villa est très bien située, au calme sans vis à vis avec une jolie vue sur le Golfe de Saint Tropez. Très bien équipée (aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur avec une belle piscine, table de ping-pong salon et table de jardin) Location à recommander Sebastien et sa famille
