The villa is built on a hill, located in the centre of a private and peaceful estate. The house is very comfortable, south-facing and has air-conditioning.

200 m ² two-storey house:
First floor: entrance hall, vestibule and toilet; a double bedroom with a 1.6 m bed, shower and toilet; a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom; and a bedroom with a 1.6 m double bed and hand basin.
A fitted kitchen, dining room and a cosy living room with bar area, offering a view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Second floor: a bedroom with a 1.6 m double bed in a tower, with a view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, as well as a balcony, shower, toilet and hand-basin.

Swimming area: Swimming pool with a terrace, offering a stunning view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with 6 lounge chairs.
The swimming pool is regularly and discreetly maintained, early in the morning. The different floors allow guests to maintain their privacy.

The cork oak trees allow you to enjoy delightful meals in the shade.

Comfortable décor and furnishings

The house has magnificent views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, which is visible from almost every room. The estate is enclosed, assuring privacy and security. The villa also has an automatic gate for extra security. There are many areas around the house where you can relax: the sitting room, the terrace, or around the pool, whilst enjoying the view. If you would like to take a leisurely stroll, Grimaud Port is 4.5 km away and from there, you can easily take a boat trip around Saint-Tropez...You can also visit the listed villages in Grimaud (1 km away), Ramatuelle and Gassin, as well as enjoying scenic strolls along the walking paths (which passes though Cap Lardier, Cap Taillat, Cap Camarat and the peninsula of Saint-Tropez)... You will also enjoy the magnificent beaches of Ramatuelle and Pampelonne, which can be reached via Saint-Tropez.

The house is functional and equipped. You can have your meals in different parts of the house: the indoor dining room, on the terrace, in the garden, beside the pool, etc...

There is a large stone masonry barbecue for meals with friends or family.

2 tennis courts, which are part of the property, are also available for your personal use.

For your comfort, the villa also has 3 televisions, a telephone and WiFi Internet access.
