Nestled in a renowned residence with 3 swimming pools, tennis courts and large wooded grounds, this villa is ideal for a magnificent stay in the southern sun, whether with family or friends.
In the heart of this magnificent, quiet, well-kept estate, this superb, warm and welcoming 123 m² villa, on 2 levels, features :
- a terrace opening onto a beautiful garden with a pétanque court,
- a large, bright and comfortable living room,
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds,
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds,
- 3 bathrooms with bathtubs,
- fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, cot, high chair,
- TV, WiFi, stereo,
- one parking space,
- access to all facilities on the private, secure estate: 3 large swimming pools including a wave pool, spa, restaurant (April to November), mini-market, tennis courts...
The electric terminals for electric cars are available :
3 electric terminal are available : Allée du Lac, allée des Pins, in front of the shop. (every terminal is made for 2 cars)
The payment is via your phone or via an operator card (Ionity, Chargemap, etc...)
We ask you to please remove your vehicle when it's fully charged.

Ideally situated between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, you will be just a short drive (5 min) from the wonderful Port Grimaud, where you will find the numerous restaurants, bars and activities of the Provençal Venice. If you wish to go on a cultural outing, go to the historic center of Grimaud, about ten minutes away by car, where you will find the Castle of Grimaud, the Pont des Fées (Fairy Bridge) or the Saint-Michel Church. At last, you will easily discover all the French Riviera charming villages: Gassin, Ramatuelle, Fréjus...
