"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. "No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . "This property is in a very seedy neighborhood! I could not find an address anywhere on the building but waited until other guests exited so I knew it was the correct place. When we arrived we messaged the contact person for directions to enter. We waited 1 1/2 hours and received no reply as of yet. We found other lodging. The communication could be me fault as I should have requested 24 hours earlier, but no reply after 3 messages?? I would not suggest anyone booking here. "

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"We had a very nice stay. The house is historic and full of charm and the location is great. You are a quick walk to the train station and it's easy to walk to several restaurants and small plazas. The Grand Place is about a 30ish minute walk that is really pleasant. Fabrice greeted us and was very informative when we arrived. The only issue we had was when we were leaving. We had agreed upon leaving cash for the extra fees that were owed (extra bedroom, extra person) in a tray with the keys on...
