Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal.

Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city.

It was a good environment and the accommodation was helpful and friendly to get in. The space is surely enough for one of two persons. De bathroom and toilet are outside so you must never forget your code to get in. Unfortunately the sheets were not clean, so it smelled. I used the clean towels tot protect the pillowcase. There was no chair in the room, you have to sit on the bed.

The toiler paper in the bathrooms was very scarce; Shower gel was very scarce; Bathrooms were very tight; floor was missing tiles; kitchen balcony was very crooked; check in information (codes for the doors) was not easy to obtain (we had to call and text the support number multiple times); images of the apartments on the website are misleading (they didn't show these flaws). The bed was comfortable. While the price per night is lower than other properties in the region, over all we considered that the conditions did not match the price.

Safe and quiet property. Close to a number of bus links and about a 15 minute walk to a Metro Station. Very fast WiFi (about 350mb download and upload speed). No check in desk, you get an email before you check in with instructions. No private bathroom but good for a one night stay.

Very small room. Very thin mattress. The construction of the "second floor" on which you sleep doesn't feel much professional and a bit unsafe. The air gets stuffy very fast when sleeping because of the lack of space. The shared bathrooms were clean when we arrived but got absolutely disgusting by the second night with urine everywhere.

The pictures of the hotel and rooms are deceiving, , no furniture , no closet to hang clothes, just a place to stay and go ! And definitely I won’t stay here again , and I hardly recommended .

This lousy place—I have to climb 62 narrow, steep steps to get up here, and there's no elevator. The so-called password lock is broken, and there's no sense of security inside the room. N people share the toilet and bathroom, and the windows have no curtains—everything inside is completely visible from outside. I checked out at 8 a.m. on June 6 as agreed with Expedia, but my request for a refund of the last day's room charge was also denied. I would never book this place again myself, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend any other travelers go there to suffer.

I don't recommend this place at all. I got locked out of my room because of an unknown problem and it took 30 minutes before I was able to get in my room, after texting the owner through 3 apps and calling Expedia, and then another 30 minutes for the problem to get fixed. The front door also had a problem that locked me and other residents outside the building twice. The room is good, but the stairs leading to the upper part leave no room for mistakes. There is no way to wash your hands in the shared toilets, meaning everyone touches the toilet room's door handle and the shower's door handle without washing their hands. The bed is very uncomfortable, I felt the springs in my back every night all night. Yes, it is an affordable place, but I will never return and I recommend you reconsider.

I was very lucky to get in as I received no message in regards to the door's code. A person who lives in the block was at the door so I asked him to help me. It was then that I managed to get the code. Room looked nothing like the pictures. The bed is stacked upon a suspended ceiling making the experience extra scary. No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep.
