「Je me suis fait berné par les photos et l’évaluation. C’est plutôt un appartement mal entretenu et mal propre que nous avons retrouvé. C’est la première fois que je fais face à une pareille situation: lave-vaisselle avec un fond d’eau corrompu et nauséabonde, robinet de lavabo mal fixé dans la cuisine, tiroir de cuisine d’un fouillis d’objets, poubelle cabossée, objets crasseux laissés au-dessus des armoires de cuisine, résidu d’un vieux savon dans le porte-savon de la douche, portes de douche...
