"We enjoyed our stay, and all went smoothly. The parking was an issue for us, as we prepaid and had to pay again when leaving the facility."

"The place is nice enough, with the expected references to Jimmy Buffet, but my issues began with the check in. I expected to pay the typical “resort fee”but I was also informed of the $40 valet parking. I was told I could park next door at Harrah’s, but there was a 2 hour limit, etc. Besides that, there was no receipt to show me what my $122.10 was for. In the room, there is a hole in the sheet, the bed was sloppily made and there was a scrap of paper behind the night stand, of which I took pictures. When we checked out, I was informed a receipt would be sent to me by noon, which I have yet to see. Jimmy must be turning in his grave."

"Avoid the 24 hour restaurant Milano. Horrible service, mediocre food. Everywhere else we tried food restaurants was very good"

"We had a room that was right on the beach. Lovely views. From bed it looked like we were on a cruise ship (so foggy and cloudy you couldn't see the other shore.)"

"New build property that is super clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Pool is indoors and gym well appointed with good equipment. Rooms are spacious and amazing amenities. Excellent, excellent place to stay!"
