A bit pricy but worth for the view.
Hotel is at a very convenient location just right next to the station. If you are booking the Mountain View room, you will be facing the great Matterhorn. We had a great time here. Only thing is the beds are to soft, and it couldn’t support my back too well, it is more like a V-shape when I lay down. The welcome drink, the chocolate and the view, it is so nice to stay in this quality hotel.

Just besides Grindelwald station
Very good location. Recommend the mountain-view room. Good valued. Although the hotel is just next to the railway station, we can't hear any noise at all.

酒店位置很方便，楼下就是火车站，有免费停车场，如果开车要走一条小路才能到达，房间相对较大，干净舒适，傍晚坐在阳台喝茶欣赏晚霞的感觉很棒！火车站白天不嘈杂，晚上很安静，可以在酒店吃完早餐，坐7点多的早班火车上少女峰，时间很从容。房间没有空调，但通风很好，夏天也不觉得炎热。下次还会选择这里入住。

車站出來即到，下車後即可看到!! 距離完全性取勝!! 房間不大，兩個行李箱都只能半開....浴廁也非常小!! WIFI不強而且入住兩人只能准許兩IP登錄 想用電腦連線都無法! 但房間有陽台，坐在陽台望山景感覺很好! 房間算舒適~ 早餐還算豐盛，"餐廳"服務很好，但是櫃台有位服務員並不友善，雖然都會回答問題，但真的會讓人卻步問問題...很不OK 房間有熱水壺，但煮開需有人雇..有跳電過 未到退房時間時，有無預警的被打開房門....

A excellent hotel. The girl in the front desk was helpful and polite with smile. My room condition was good with a balcony facing the ice berg and the village, making the picture was brilliant and just like a fairy tale. The breakfast was enjoyable with wide variety of food to choose and warm drinks. The decoration of the hotel was warm making you just like back to home. Surely will choose again.

超近車站的酒店, 1分鐘就路程, 根本就是車站旁邊!!!附近有小賣店,沿路亦有餐廳, 紀念品商鋪, 距離酒店約10分鐘路程便有超市及information centre。 房外境觀超正的, 打開露台就看見宏偉的雪山, 房間很大, 廁所也有暖氣, 配套齊備, 服務員亦很友善。早餐選擇也頗多, 是一間不錯的酒店。

The location is excellent as the hotel is essentially on the train platform. We were upgraded to superior room with mountain view so we didn't know whether it would be noisy if the room was facing the train station. The staff were all very nice. Double bed was two twin bed putting together with a gap in between, but it was okay for us. WiFi was not very good, lucky that we had brought our own WiFi egg. BIG BIG CREDIT for the free breakfast. Reasonable variety and tasty.

A stylish hotel in an old building
A stylish hotel in an old building with excellent services. Room is clean and very comfortable, breakfast has menu for your own choices and taste are good, recommendations of local activities is ready for you at every morning with weather information, great atmosphere in all restaurants! It would be a prefect hotel if you don't mind noisy and breathing the 2nd hand somking while you stay just upper the bar, it's a too attractive bar in Zermatt!
